Quick tip! wake up 10 minutes earlier

Set your alarm 10 minutes earlier than you would normally wake.  You won't miss a mere 10 minutes of sleep, but you will ultimately appreciate the benefits of not hastily jumping out from under the covers.  Use the 10 minutes to relax and clear your mind in order to prepare for the day ahead.  Not only will you feel better, but those around you will appreciate your newfound serenity.
